Your Home Builders Ltd was formed in Chester in 2012 by lead builder Ross Mayo.

About Ross
Ross started as a laborer and soon became site manager for a London based building firm. He managed projects for high-end clients in the South West London scene, building shop interiors on New Bond Street and maintenance on home properties. Ross is a property owner. He is a landlord and is very familiar with the property industry.


Our Projects
In our first year Your Home Builder’s had the privilege of working on a complete house refurbishment on Lache Lane, less than half a mile away from the prestigious Chester Racecourse and Abode hotel.

This has been our most exciting and carefully thought out project to date. We had to work toward keeping the properties period exterior and internally remodel, extend and refurbish to suit modern taste whilst keeping some period features as well.

In addition we designed and built a treble garage and annex, a bespoke in & out gated drive, front and back landscaping including adding drenches for Chester renouned clay water gardens.

The companies profile takes us to Handbridge, Mickel Trafford, North Chester, Hoole, Westminster Park, Liverpool and as far as Lancashire! as well as maintaining our contacts in London.


What we are about
Your Home Builders work closely with local architects, authorities, Cheshire Council, engineers, suppliers and tradesmen.

We love to work with an eclectic mix of clients from the eccentric to the modern and classic home designer who requires simple home maintenance, small or large building works.

We work with our clients to meet their budget and help in getting the most for their money, and help and advise on anything we can along the way.
