As a multi disciplined therapist of some twenty years experience I strongly believe in putting the responsibility of good health back in the individuals hands through therapy and teaching.

Primarily I am a Clinical Aromatherapist and Reflexology was part of my training. I have also added to my rage of treatments over the years, therapies which can be offered individually but can also be incorporated with each other to give my clients the best possible 'wholeistic' therapy to treat them holistically; which of course is the intrinsic principal behind complimentary therapy.

A hands on treatment does not have to be received on each visit. With Aromatherapy just an oil change could be all that is required to maintain homoeostasis.

A therapist of integrity should have the highest respect for you as their client. Therefore it follows that it is not the volume of clients a therapist work with, but the wellness of the clients that reflects their professional ability.
