Welcome to the Indigo Centre.
We are a team of Healers Teachers Therapists & Beautifiers highly trained in all aspects of healing, growth and confidence building to help you find Health and happiness in all areas of life.
We are a community centre offering a social, activity, learning, advice, support and relaxation treatments.
We cater for all ages from 5 year olds yoga, learning difficulties activities & support for carers, to Over 50’s mobility clinic.

Support groups. (Tues Eves)
Each of these support groups are intended to offer support & advice to carers, family and friends in the company of others in the same situation.
Each group will be once per month on a rota system.
Numbers will be limited to 20 per group so put your name on the list for up coming groups.
There will be a chance to also share your ideas, problems overcome and Q & A.
Guest speakers.
There is no charge for the support groups though donations to our centre will be gladly appreciated.
Refreshments are available at the coffee bar.
Counsellors and psychotherapists are on hand to guide & advise.
* A separate session on a 1-2-1 basis is available most days at our centre.

Starting:
Mon 28th July with ME/fibromyalgia support. 6.30-8pm.
Come to ME clinic once per month-
• Free fibromyalgia test.
For an optional £5 fee:
• Candida albicans and Adrenal testing
• Food intolerance testing.
Kinesiology is a great therapy for ME.

Meditation pod cycclosage bed-

Awaken the senses with light sound & massage therapy.
A wonderful new healing therapy in itself.
Sit in the dark room surrounded by therapeutic lights & aromas while you relax on the massage chair and listen to either a guided meditation or stimulate the brain with binaural beats & solfeggio frequencies.
There is a varied choice of meditation programs.
Headphones are used in the pod.
• 30 minutes session – only £10!
• Open all day everyday except Saturdays 2-6 & Sundays.

Lights, aromas, sound, touch, feel, stimulate.
As this is very popular there are 16 appointment slots so book early.
Sensory room space can accommodate 4 people at any one time.
Each child/adult using the sensory room must be accompanied at all times.

As we are part charity based a lot of our groups and classes are free to those who need it, there is no charge although donations for our community indigo centre is always greatly appreciated thanks!
