PETA is an employer-led organisation with charitable status, run by a Council elected from the member organisations. The business operates on a self-financing basis, with funds being reinvested to maintain and expand the services and facilities available to our corporate clients, young people and stakeholders. Having been at the forefront of training and development for over 40 years, PETA is one of the largest, most respected and trusted training organisations on the South Coast of England. Our services range from developing young people and Apprentices just starting their career right through to training Senior Managers and Directors in the latest business techniques. Our Management Training and Conference Centre, located in Cosham, offers a superb venue for our courses and is also available for hire which includes on-site catering, free parking and a range of different room sizes to suit your needs. Our three training centres for young people are situated in Portsmouth, Havant and Winchester and have comprehensively equipped classrooms and hi-tech workshops which, together with our experienced and qualified staff, provide an ideal learning environment for our Apprentices. Many CEOs, Directors and Senior Mangers of local business are ex PETA Apprentices, which is testimony to the quality and success of our Apprenticeships. The organisation is accredited to ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 and is a recognised Investor In People.
