With 4 bedrooms, it sleeps 8 and designed as a family home, it has the addition of a well-equipped playroom and furnished nursery providing the perfect accommodation for a large family with children or a group of friends.

Within just a few minutes walk you can be on the Blue Flag beach of Camber Sands famous for miles of sandy beach, picturesque dunes and exhilarating kitesurfing. Alternatively it’s a couple of miles cycle ride or drive to the historic town and Cinque Port of Rye with its outstanding restaurants, tea rooms and antique shops.

The property has four large bedrooms, an en suite and two further bathrooms. The cosy sitting room is ideal after long coastal walks with it's wonderful log burner. Joining this room is the stunning open plan kitchen/dining area with underfloor heating through out. Enjoy entertaining in the modern kitchen with induction range cooker, silestone worktops, large pantry and sociable breakfast bar. Bi-folding doors open the whole area up to the outside decking area and large garden. Here you can enjoy sunny lazy breakfasts on the decking or relax and read the paper, looking over the garden while the children play on the large grass lawn or enjoy a bbq with friends in the mature garden that benefits from sun all day. Children and parents will love the well-stocked playroom off the sitting room where they can watch DVD’s or play in their own space.

With ample parking for four cars, and room for bikes and surf boards in a large garden shed there is plenty of ability to take advantage of the local area and amenities. There is an excellent off road cycle path to Rye and beyond. Buy wonderfully fresh fish from the harbour in Rye or delicious locally produced meat and vegetables from the farm shop or their highly recommended home cooked ready meals if you are too tired to cook.
