Our classes are held at;

Byron Room, Heene Community Centre, Heene Road, BN11 4PL, on Wednesdays from 19:00-21:00

Physical Revolution, Goring St, BN12 5AD, on Sundays from 09:00-10:00.

Worthing Wing Chun is a school for those wishing to learn the classical system as taught in Hong Kong by various lineages. Whilst self defence is an element of what we teach the training is non combative, and our concentration is on learning for it's own sake, improving body awareness and movement through skill development.

We encourage an open-minded attitude, and an understanding and acceptance that every student trains for their own reasons and has their own strengths and weaknesses. Please message us via this page if you have any questions.
