Health Visiting - The Isle of Wight Health Visiting Service compromises of a multi-skilled team of Health Visitors and community nursery nurses and support workers. Health Visitors are qualified midwives or nurses with specialist training in public health. We work in partnership with other agencies to promote health and wellbeing for the family as part of the Healthy Child Programme 0-5

School Nurses - The School Nurse team receives children’s health records from Health Visitors so that we can continue to perform health checks and offer support to children and their families throughout the school years as part of the Healthy Child programme 5-19
