Im a conditioner/personal trainer. I have currently hold all my personal training certificates as well as my BSc in Sports and Exercise Science. I have conditioned many different people from athletes to complete beginners and have designed programmes ranging from periodized training plans for a specific goal to weight loss and strength increases.
I specialise in functional performance training, strength and conditioning, weight loss programmes and strength programmes.
