Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase just let us know. we refund all orders returned within 14 days. (We do not refund postage.)

Our items are very well packed however if any items do smash in the post we will send out replacements within 14 days. Proof of breakage is required and no colors or glass design changes can be swapped at this point.

Policy

Any alcohol purchased with ourselves must be purchased by yourself from Paypal or bank transfer. Bank transfers require you to prove you are over 18 before details can be sent.
