All items are hand crafted with Fimo Polymer Clay/Wire work/Illustrated and photographed by Gempai.

Ordering:
To order an already made Gempai creation simply comment on the item you like, and send me a personal message with your email address. You will then receive a message through paypal to your email address requesting payment. Once the payment has been received your item will be dispatched via 2nd class post within 5 days. See below for other options.

Commissions:
To request a commission please send me a personal message on facebook or email info@gempaicreations.co.uk with the date your commission is required for.
I will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your requirements. I will uniquely handcraft and personalise to your taste. If there is something that I have created that you like I am happy to make a similar product however no 2 items will be thesame to maintain each items individuality. Please note that commissions will be considered based on availability of time.

Payment and Shipping information:
Once you have ordered your unique Gempai creation, I will reply to your message as soon as possible (within 2 days). All items that are ready for sale will be despatched within 5 days of request by 2nd class post as standard. However if a different delivery option is required and you require it posting out sooner, then you are welcome to contact me via personal message on facebook or by email at info@gempaicreations.co.uk. I will correspond with you and endeavour to use other delivery options and post out as soon as possible. All payments will be taken through paypal.

Return options:
If your item is unsatisfactory please contact me within 14 days of receipt and return to the address on the invoice and your money will be refunded. You will be responsible for return postage costs.
