Hi guys :-)

I'm Harri and i'm a 33 year old female Personal Trainer with 12 different qualifications in the fitness industry.

My passion is to help people work towards and achieve their own personal fitness goals, whatever they may be!.

There's nothing like a good workout session to boost your mind and confidence, most importantly, keeping you healthy.

While you can get the workout by yourself, I can help you go that extra step to ensure the time you spend trying to get fit, is made the most out of!

I think personal trainers are a good investment, not only to keep you motivated but also to support you along the way. And I'm not the only one — everybody is doing it!

Sometimes people struggle to find the time to train due to work commitments, children, lack of transport, with me, you do it from the comfort of your own home and you choose your time.

‘The Body 2014’

‘The Body 2014’ is a 6 week intensive training programme built around you and your goals.

It is ultimately for people who are looking to lose weight or tone up…….and fast!! Ideal for people who are looking to show that body of on that holiday or even for those gorgeous brides to be who are keen to lose a few lbs before that special day, whatever the reasons, this package offers huge results!!

6 week training programme includes ...
Weekly weight & measurement tracking
3 x 60min 1-1 sessions a week (18 hours training in total)
Weight & nutrition advice
Weekly meal planner & shopping list
Support & motivation
Somebody who won’t let you give up

About

The first session will last for 2 hours and does not include one of your 18 sessions. It will be an in-depth consultation where we will discuss your fitness goals and any queries you may have on nutrition and weight management.

It will then be followed by me taking accurate weight and circumference measurements and putting you through a fitness test to establish what level of training you need to be starting on.

The programme will consist of 18 1-1 sessions to be carried out over a 6 week period (12 can be done at request, please message me for more info).

The training is progressive & the level of difficulty will increase each week therefore you need to ensure that you have scheduled enough time to participate in the 3 sessions a week

What type of training?

This will be dependent on YOU and what your goals are!!The programme is designed to be results focused and based on the information discussed in your initial consultation.

Typically it will include cardio, strength, endurance & dynamic movements to produce a high level of total body fitness. Some clients love the boxing & circuit based training, yet others maybe prefer to work with co-ordination & music based movements.

Whatever your preference or current level of skill, I will be there to help & there will always be a challenging session on hand for you!

Where do I train?

I bring along the required equipment for each session. Most clients train in their homes (I surprisingly don’t need a lot of space). Some clients may prefer to train in their gardens or local parks, this obviously all lies on how our British weather is that day though! It would be entirely up to you though!

How much does it cost?

The cost of the ‘The Body 2014’ package is £250. This is paid in full on your 2 hour initial consultation. This includes everything mentioned and is worth every penny to ensure weight loss, muscle toning and re-captured confidence!

If you feel that you would like to participate in the 12 week package then the price will be £420. Please contact me for more info.

Please note there are only ever going to be limited places available at a time due to people currently participating in their 6 week courses and not to forget all my regular clients, sadly there aren’t enough hours to the day anymore.

The Super Body 2014’

‘The Super Body 2014’ is similar to ‘The Body 2014’, everything included in 'The Body' (the less intense package )is included in this package but the added extras are 'Before & After Pictures' and your own personal set of Boxing Gloves which are yours to keep.
This package is a lot more time consuming and lot more intense! It does what it says! SUPER BODY! What I want to see on people embarking on this challenge is complete and utter dedication and 100% commitment to achieve the ultimate body makeover! Is this you?!!

Five 1½ hour sessions a week training Monday to Friday.
Each session will include 45 minutes of resistance training and 45 minutes of cardiovascular training.
A customized workout program will be designed specifically to meet your goals and personal style based on my assessment of you.

The cost of the ‘The Super Body 2014’ package is £700. This is paid in full on your 2 hour initial consultation.


6 WEEK INTENSIVE PROGRAM POLICIES
All training sessions last either 1 hour or 1½ hours, depending on which of the 2 you have chosen.
24 hours notice of cancellation is required or full session fee charged. You must be available to commit to the length of the course and complete all sessions within the six week duration. This 6 week intensive is accelerated and results-driven. Please keep in mind that this program is designed for people who have the desire and time to devote to transforming their body and mindset. Refunds are not given once course has commenced but sessions are transferable.

Another product I have to offer is Pad Boxing Sessions which have proven extremely popular this year and have been a huge success.

Benefits of Pad Boxing

Boxing is one of the most demanding but also most rewarding forms of exercise training. It conditions your entire body and provides one of the most challenging and enjoyable workouts of any sport. The physiological as well as psychological benefits of boxing are extensive. These include increased self discipline and self confidence, increased agility, speed, coordination, endurance and strength. Unlike most forms of training, reflexes are also improved and skills are learnt.

Some Reasons to take Pad Boxing

Boxing is a high intensity full-body workout that will make you physically stronger as well as aerobically and anaerobically fitter. It is a complete workout for your cardiovascular and endurance systems as well as training upper body, lower body and core strength.
Calorie expenditure and fat burning are very elevated during boxing as it is such a high intensity workout utilizing large muscle groups and constantly keeps you moving. Boxing does not tend to add muscle bulk as much as tone and define muscle because it involves such high repetitions.
