Hi I'm Lisa and welcome to Fitness Couture....
I'm a mother of three amazing young boys,
on the 19th January 2011 I was diagnosed with grade 3 aggressive breast cancer at the age of 31,
I underwent two years of really intensive Invasive treatment
Including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, herceptin and Reconstructive surgery I'm now on my final stage of treatment which is tamoxifen for the next 5 years....
I got into personal training as I decided to get a trainer myself as I was unhappy with the way I looked and felt after all the cancer treatments and toxins that had been put into my body. i wanted to do everything I could to be fit and healthy, and also to fight that Intruder that wasn't welcome in my body!
seeing the results to my body and my health i soon became hooked !!!
I'm also currently studying to be a personal stylist, I believe that the way we dress says a lot about how we feel in ourselves ,
when you look good you feel great, clothes should flatter you and reflect your personality....

Sessions at my Fully equipped Gym at my house.. So no need to worry about the weather.

2 sessions in the same week £25
3 sessions in the same week £40
(For the offers on 2&3 sessions a week, they must be taken in the same week, I cannot carry sessions over to the following week if you are unable to make them, and sessions must be paid up front on the 1st session)
