Suitable for all ages (from 12 yrs, under 16s accompanied by responsible adult), sizes, abilities and fitness levels. Absolutely no previous dance skills, fitness experience, co-ordination or memorising of steps/routines required ... SIMPLES! :-)

ZUMBA® GOLD is a 'gentler' version of ZUMBA®, specially designed for the “mature mover”, those with reduced mobility or flexibiity, or who haven't exercised before (or for a while!) or anyone simply preferring a low impact or slower paced workout. Still with all the ZUMBA® fun and party feeling, this is a great class to learn the basic steps, in a fun, friendly and sociable atmosphere.
