ORDERING
To order a product either comment on a picture of what you would like or private message me with details regarding what you are looking for.
DESPATCH TIMES
Upon ordering, you will be given an approximate time for making. PLEASE let me know if you need a rush on items, this can be accommodated for in most cases.

DELIVERY AND POSTAGE COSTS
Items can be brought into Wrexham town centre any week day, pre-arranged. Anything posted shall be sent on a Friday, unless otherwise requested.
POSTAGE COSTS (UPDATED)
Postage for each item depends upon their weight. Please visit www.craftymillerjm.etsy.com to find specific information regarding postage. Or PM for that information.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
If you'd like to order any of my items but aren't in the UK, don't worry!! Just message me and I'll work out the costs associated with it - PLEASE NOTE PRICES FOR INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE START FROM £9.


PAYMENTS
Payments accepted through paypal or, if local, cash on collection.
Payments are expected before work is started for blankets and upon receiving a photograph for all other items. NO ITEM WILL BE POSTED WITHOUT PAYMENT.
International Payments accepted through Paypal but please check conversion rates.

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
RETURNS are accepted within 7 days, unless personalised. However, if the product is faulty, this is accepted on all items and is extended to 28 days.
RETURN POSTAGE - Is the responsibility of the buyer.
REFUNDS will be processed once item is back in possession of Crafty Miller (Please contact if there is a reason this is not possible).

PRIVACY
Privacy of customers is a very important factor to Crafty Miller. None of your information shall be passed to third parties but may be kept on file to inform you of special offers in the future. Please let me know if you wish to be removed from mailing lists in the future.

DISCLAIMERS
Items designed for children will have a CE Approved label sent in the post with them, along with a receipt.

THESE ITEMS ARE MADE IN A HOME WITH ANIMALS. Please be aware that no matter how careful I am, animal hair can attach itself to the items made. Allergies must be considered at all times when ordering.
