Paulina has worked for 30 years within the field of health and wellbeing, working as both a nurse and a complementary therapist. She's seen first-hand the amazing impact that combining both approaches can have. Paulina's vision is to create a vibrant centre for health and wellbeing in North Norfolk.

One of the aims of the centre is to support those who have lost a child, through bereavement or miscarriage. The centre will provide support groups, counselling and healing therapies. 

We are based in Stalham, a small town near the beautiful North Norfolk coast - visitors to the area are very welcome to come and see us - make your stay even more relaxing!

As the centre develops Paulina welcomes new therapists to join the team and share the space - contact us for further information.
