I'm Jane Long and I am a qualified Reflexologist. My focus is to encourage my clients to reduce and manage their stress levels with Reflexology.

My treatments will have a positive effect on your physical and emotional health as well as improving your energy and sleep. You will experience a deep sense of calm and relaxation. You will feel amazing!

My treatment room in Old Town, Eastbourne is comfortable, welcoming and relaxing.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and attend regular reflexology and holistic therapist meetings in East Sussex. I also give talks about Reflexology to local groups.
