60 minute routine comprising of 40 minutes of dance routines set to music on a trampette followed by 20 minutes of floor work using a trampette working your abs/bums/tums/arms/legs and a relaxing cool down and stretch off.
you can burn between 300-700 a session and whilst you will be having a full workout you wont realise it as we put put into exercise.
we also run a 30 minute kidz routine for youngsters aged from 3 to 18 comprising of dance routines set to to music on a trampette where the youngsters get to have fun while also getting a good workout
