We are called Bill Free Homes because our rents include all of your bills - utilities, water rates, TV license, broadband, personal insurance and 24 hour emergency call out cover.

We also use energy from renewable sources. We are a member of Student Home Zone, Durham's largest provider of homes for students.
We are based in the Student Home Zone shop just down from Elvet Riverside and Dunelm House on the way to Elvet Bridge.
