Terms and Conditions
Offers:

3 sessions for £55.00 to be used by one person
All 3 sessions to be booked at the point of payment which must be made in full either by Cash, Cheque (payable to R E Thomas) or Bank Transfer.
Sessions to be used by expiry date as per the date on the offer
Strict 24 hour change or cancellation of appointments
The offers are subject to availability, therefore if once all three sessions are booked it may not be possible to reschedule.

Workshops

£25.00 non refundable deposit to secure place on workshop, this is non transferable.
Final balance due 14 days before, the balance is non-refundable and non transferable once this has been paid.

In the event that I can’t fulfill the date due to sickness a refund will be given or an alternative date.

Courses run with a minimum of 3 people, in the event that this is not the case with 21 days notice a new date will be issued or a refund given of the deposit.

Sessions:

Strict 24 hour cancellation policy or the cost of the session will be charged at full price of £30.00

When a block of 3 sessions have been booked, fail to give the correct notice period to re-schedule or cancel will result in the session being taken out of the pre booked block

Please ensure you arrive for your appointments on time, sessions are 50 minutes long.
