How Sports Massage Works
Massage will relax and stretch the muscular tissue increasing circulation and therefore the amount of blood cells, nutrients and oxygen to the injured area. This will aid the removal of waste and ultimately increase your recovery time.
Massage coupled with stretching and rehabilitation techniques are key factors in determining your flexibility, suppleness and recovery.
